Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
What is Bach RESCUE Remedy Spray 20ml?
Bach RESCUE Remedy Spray is a 20 ml oral flower-essence spray applied onto the tongue. The label lists grape alcohol with flower extracts of Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum, and gives about 200 uses per 20 ml pack.
What ingredients does the RESCUE Remedy Spray label list?
The label lists grape alcohol (approx 27% v/v) and flower extracts of Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum. It names no other ingredients for the spray. (Source: product label, checked 2026-11-08.)
Who is the RESCUE Remedy Spray suitable for?
No age restriction is printed on the pack, and the spray is presented as an adult product that should be kept away from children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or under medical care, check with a doctor or pharmacist before adding it to your routine.
How is the RESCUE Remedy Spray used?
Priming the pump first, then holding the nozzle at the mouth and pressing twice delivers the two sprays onto the tongue, and the label allows this to be repeated as required. The spray should never be directed into the throat or eyes.
What warnings come with the RESCUE Remedy Spray?
The label asks that the spray be kept out of the sight and reach of children and that it is not sprayed into the throat or eyes. This product is a dietary supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a balanced diet, medication or professional medical advice. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or are preparing for surgery.
How many uses does the 20 ml spray give, and how should it be stored?
The label gives about 200 uses per 20 ml pack and says not to store the spray above 25°C. This is the pocket-size spray version of the RESCUE formula, measured in sprays rather than drops.
What is a practical way to carry and use the RESCUE Remedy Spray?
Because the pump delivers a fixed two-spray dose, there is nothing to measure, so the 20 ml bottle can stay in a bag or drawer for use on the go. The same RESCUE formula is also sold as a dropper, which is taken as four drops.
Where can I buy genuine Bach RESCUE products in Hong Kong and Macau?
Genuine Bach stock is sold through our online shop and our Mong Kok and Macau stores, and every item is covered by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department's No Fakes Pledge.
What delivery and return arrangements apply?
Hong Kong orders over HK$300 ship free to SF stations, lockers or stores; Macau delivery is available to eBuy.mo pickup points under the current delivery terms. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of shipment with the original packaging.
