Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
What is Bach Rescue Night Spray 20ml?
Bach Rescue Night Spray is a 20 ml oral flower-essence spray applied onto the tongue. It combines the five RESCUE flower essences with White Chestnut, and the label gives about 200 uses per 20 ml pack. It is the spray format in the RESCUE Night range.
What does the label list for this spray?
The label lists glycerine, water, and the flower essences Helianthemum nummularium, Clematis vitalba, Impatiens glandulifera, Prunus cerasifera, Ornithogalum umbellatum (RESCUE) and Aesculus hippocastanum. No alcohol appears in the listed ingredients for the spray. (Source: product label, checked 2026-11-08.)
Who is this spray suitable for?
The bottle carries no age range, and the label asks for it to be kept out of the sight and reach of children, so it is intended for adults. Anyone taking medication or managing a medical condition should check with a doctor or pharmacist before making the spray part of their routine.
How should the spray be used?
The bottle is used with two sprays on the tongue each time, after the pump has been primed; the label says the dose can be repeated whenever needed. Do not aim the spray into the throat or eyes.
What warnings come with this spray?
The label asks that the bottle be kept out of the sight and reach of children, and the directions say not to spray into the throat or eyes. This product is a dietary supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a balanced diet, medication or professional medical advice. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition or are preparing for surgery.
How should the bottle be stored?
The label asks for storage below 25°C, and the 20 ml bottle is stated as about 200 uses. This is the spray format, while the same Night range also comes as capsules that are placed on the tongue to dissolve.
What is a practical way to use this spray?
Each dose is a fixed pair of sprays, so there is nothing to count or measure, and the 20 ml bottle can stand wherever you keep your daily items. The same Night range offers a 28-capsule pack for anyone who prefers a capsule that dissolves in the mouth.
Where can I buy genuine Bach RESCUE products in Hong Kong and Macau?
Genuine Bach stock is sold through our online shop and our Mong Kok and Macau stores, and every item is covered by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department's No Fakes Pledge.
