Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)
What is NOW Solutions Comforting Massage Oil 16 fl oz (473 ml)?
Comforting Massage Oil from NOW Solutions is a 16 fl oz (473 ml) body oil imported from the United States. The label lists grapeseed, sweet almond and apricot kernel oils with a lavender, pine needle, palmarosa, patchouli, chamomile and geranium aroma blend, and presents the blend for a skin-softening massage or daily moisturising.
Which oils and aroma ingredients does the label list?
The label gives grapeseed oil, sweet almond oil and apricot kernel oil, an aroma oil blend of lavender, Siberian pine needle, palmarosa, patchouli, chamomile and Egyptian geranium oils, and natural vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol. It also notes the blend is paraben free. (Source: product label, checked 2026-11-06.)
Who is Comforting Massage Oil designed for?
The label presents it for skin that needs a softening massage and natural moisturisers, as part of a body-massage routine. Anyone with a skin concern, or who notices redness or irritation after use, should stop and seek professional advice.
How much Comforting Massage Oil should be used?
Massage 3 to 5 drops onto the desired areas of skin as needed, for either a massage or daily moisturising. If redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use, and the 473 ml bottle is the larger 16 fl oz size.
What should be checked before using Comforting Massage Oil?
The label asks users to discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs, and notes that NOW Foods does not test on animals and asks for the packaging to be recycled. This product is for topical use. It is not a medicine and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
What else does the label state about the bottle?
The label records that NOW Foods does not test on animals and asks users to recycle the packaging. The 473 ml bottle is the 16 fl oz size, so it suits repeated use in a regular massage or moisturising routine.
How can the oil be used beyond a massage?
The label allows the same blend as a daily moisturiser: massage 3 to 5 drops into the skin that needs softening, then use it again on other days as part of the same routine. The 473 ml bottle is the size to keep for that habit.
Where can genuine Comforting Massage Oil be bought?
