Nutiva's Organic Coconut Flour is made fresh from organic coconuts grown in the Philippines. The fresh coconut meat is dried and defatted, then finely ground into a flour. It's made in small batches and at low temperatures to ensure that each bag of coconut flour is as fresh as possible. Nutiva's Organic Coconut Flour delivers 8 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein per serving.
